PASTA 4 servings

2 eggs
1 tablespoon water
1/4 tsp Salt‎
1 1/2 cups flour

Mix all ingredients together, form a ball and wrap it up in a plastic wrap to let it sit for about 20 minutes.

Use a pasta roller to make long pasta. I use my KitchenAid Mixer to do it and the KitchenAid pasta attachment.

Cook in boiling water for 3 minutes.

This is the best pasta I ever had, fresh and al dente.
